How much does it cost to use HandoverHelper?

We offer a simple pricing model: a flat rate of £15 per new onboarding. There are no subscriptions or additional overhead costs. You only pay for the onboarding packages you need.

How do I get started with HandoverHelper?

To get started, simply sign up & create a new handover journey from the dashboard. Answer the relevant questions (feel free to leave any blank if it's not relevant), and complete the 15min form. We'll then generate the results, and you'll have to purchase at least 1 credit in order to see the output.

What do I get with each onboarding package?

Each package includes a Day 1 Welcome Pack, 30/60/90 Day Goals, a Management Tasklist, and a Context Catchup guide. These resources are designed to ensure your new joiner is fully equipped for success from day one.

How quickly can I get an onboarding package?

After providing us with the necessary context about your new joiner and team, our system generates the onboarding package almost instantly.

Can the onboarding plans be customized?

Yes, our onboarding plans are tailored to the specific needs and context of your team and new joiner. You provide the initial context, and our system customizes the plans accordingly.
